Join us on January 25, for an invasive species removal at Brooker Creek. An invasive plant is a non-native plant species that is spreading on its own and causing environmental or economic harm. Invasive plants can outgrow, replace or otherwise destroy Florida’s native plants and associated wildlife, including endangered species.

Time: 8:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m.
Meeting Location: Brooker Creek Auditorium – Park in the main parking area and follow the trail/signs to the auditorium. The parking area is located approximately one mile from the main entrance off Keystone Road. Please help keep the wildlife safe by observing the 15 MPH speed limit and schedule your arrival accordingly, leaving approximately 10-12 minutes for the drive to the parking lot combined with the walk to the auditorium.
What to Bring: Gloves, hat/sunglasses, sunscreen, refillable water bottle. Drinking water and tools will be provided.
